🔥 Oven Instructions — Without Enchilada Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F conventional, or 350°F convection bake.
  2. Place frozen burritos in a baking dish or on a sheet pan.
  3. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 minutes, until heated through and the tortillas firm up slightly.

🌶️ Oven Instructions — With Enchilada Sauce & Cheese

  1. Start with the same oven method: bake frozen burritos 50 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered.
  2. Pour warm enchilada sauce over the burritos.
  3. Top with shredded cheese, chopped mini bell peppers, and optional green onions.
  4. Return to oven and bake 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for browned cheese.

Tip: Add avocado and sour cream after baking.

⚡ Microwave Instructions

  1. Remove all packaging or foil.
  2. Place burrito on a microwave-safe plate.
  3. Cover loosely with a damp paper towel.
  4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  5. Flip the burrito.
  6. Microwave on high for another 1–2 minutes, until hot in the center.
  7. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

Optional: For a crisp tortilla, finish in a hot skillet or air fryer for 1–2 minutes per side.
